Lead-acid battery maintenance advice : To keep your lead-acid battery in service for as long as possible, fully recharge it with a suitable automatic charger after each use. During winter storage without use, it is recommended to charge it at least 2 days per month and store it in a dry, ventilated place protected from freezing.
Advice for connecting the motor to a lead-acid battery : To connect the motor cable to your lead-acid battery, use quick-connect terminals (not supplied) and grease your battery terminals to prevent corrosion.
Motor protection advice : It is strongly recommended to install an optional 60amp thermal circuit breaker on your power supply and on the motor's positive cable.
