The Garbolino SP X208 competition float, brand-new ultimate 2026 model in the SP X (Extreme) range, is a no-limit float perfected by Stéphane Pottelet for long-pole fishing, offering you maximum reliability and clear visibility of every movement of the float. The SP X208 is made from Rohacell foam for exceptional durability. Its spherical body ensures optimal stability and precise control in strong currents and/or when using bulky baits. The float is slotted to allow safe line passage and prevent the body from cracking under heavy line tension. It is fitted with two eyelets (one on the keel and one on the antenna) for secure attachment and perfect line alignment.

The tactical advantage: this model features a coloured fibreglass keel. This is essential, as it helps you detect lift bites or slight vertical movements when working the float at distance. The 2.5 mm hollow plastic antenna, glued along its entire length to the keel, provides maximum buoyancy and visibility.
