The Crystal Flash or fine twisted pearled mylar, with a characteristic light effect. Perfect for streamers but can also be used for ribbing on bodies, to add a touch of brightness. It is also interesting for nymph and emergent assembly, using it alone or by mixing two or more colours. For this use, it is advisable to pull slightly on the thread during assembly to make it flat, as originally, before twisting it. Material very commonly used to create spots in imitations such as sea trout shrimps or bonefish, but also for the classic clouser minnows. It's also a good material for reservoir models, when a touch of shine is needed. It is not as flexible as other materials, but it guarantees durability and shine even when wet.
