The SAGE ARBOR XL reel is designed for multi-application use. These technical reels feature a brand-new extra-large arbor for ultra-fast line retrieval and a narrow spool that allows effortless level winding. (15% gain in retrieval speed) This reel is equipped with a powerful, progressive drag system (Sealed Carbon System), tuned for optimal performance (20 numbered positions + 19 intermediate positions) Available in two sizes: 4/5/6 and 6/7/8. It is corrosion-resistant and can also be used for light saltwater fishing such as sea bass or bonefish

The 4/5/6 size is a good choice for trout fishing in rivers or reservoirs. (for 8’6 to 10’ rods) The 6/7/8 size may be suitable for heavier freshwater or saltwater fishing: one-handed migratory species, reservoir streamer fishing, or saltwater fishing for sea bass or bonefish.
