A genuine, high-quality, ready-to-use two-handed rod outfit.
The Hero Salmon rod is a 4-piece, medium-fast action rod with an un-sanded painted blank.
The reel is our modern die-cast Hero 9-11 reel and the line is our hybrid line with an interchangeable tip, a floating tip and a 15-foot tapered leader.
The Hybrid line on the outfit has been chosen to be very easy to cast.
There is 150 meters of 30 lb backing on the reel so the outfit covers most salmon fishing situations and, if conditions require it, you can easily change the tip for one that sinks faster.
The outfit is packed in an easy-to-use Cordura protective tube with a pouch for the reel.
Available in two sizes 13'7" #8 and 14'7" #9 versions.
