Versatile reels covering the entire spectrum of fly fishing, from stream trout to coastal fishing in mangroves. The Shift is equipped with Sage's exclusive SCS drag, featuring a new redundant seal system that prevents any intrusion of fresh or salt water. The numbered One Revolution drag knob allows a simple and precise adjustment, ensuring consistent and repeatable drag power.
Machined from 6061 aluminum, the Shift combines a reduced spool width with a large arbor for ultra-fast retrieval and easy line stacking. The concave spool optimizes line capacity and improves the smoothness of the drag. Lightweight and robust, the Shift offers high-end technologies usually reserved for more expensive reels.
