With the 1O1 range, HOH takes a new step in the world of Spey and Trout Spey rods. At the origin of the project, Philippe Koehler HOH, a recognized Spey casting enthusiast and holder of the AAPGAI Advanced Casting Instructor certification, put all his expertise at the service of the HOH 101 range, at once modern, accessible and high-performing. The choice of a medium fast action imposed itself as an obvious one: tolerant enough to reassure and support beginners, yet lively enough to offer experienced anglers precise and dynamic sensations. A true versatility, designed so that everyone quickly finds the pleasure of a natural and controlled motion. Each blank is shaped from carefully selected carbon, combining lightness, liveliness and robustness. The launch of the HOH 101 series also marks an ambitious collaboration with Jean-Marc Chignard, an undisputed reference in fly fishing. Together, HOH and DEVAUX combine technical demand and efficiency to bring to life a rod that combines pleasure, performance and reliability.

Thanks to their 6-piece design, they are very easy to transport and always without any compromise on their action. Their blanks in « Deep Blue » color are equipped with tip rings and hard chrome single-foot rings, followed by two Stripper Guide Sic. The anodized aluminum reel seats are reversed for a perfect balance of the rods. Cork handle in an ergonomic shape for a better grip. Their triangular and lightweight transport tubes improve their protection and make transporting them easier.

On the current market, they represent one of the best Quality/Price ratios for 6-piece travel rods for Spey fishing.
