This large PVC groundsheet not only provides an additional waterproof layer of protection under your XF2 bivvy, keeping the sewn-in groundsheet in optimal condition, but it also extends to cover the full footprint of the XF2 v2 porch extension, thereby protecting all your valuables, equipment and luggage from contact with the damp ground. Essential for keeping the whole shelter clean and dry, the extra defensive layer also helps protect against punctures or damage to the sewn-in bivvy groundsheet. When the porch is not in use, the strong but soft material can be folded back on itself, thus providing a double-thickness base layer under the bivvy for maximum protection.
