the bottom assist hook is specially designed to replace the « assist hook » of our tenya bottom up and bottom straight jigheads. they are made with an owner hook on an «assist» braid of 40 to 65 lb, depending on size. silicone filaments, hand-tied, are there to imitate the legs and antennae of shrimp once baited.

their placement on the tenya bottom up and bottom straight jigheads is very simple, since you only need to pass the loop through the lower eyelet of the jighead then pass your hook back through this loop to secure it.

correspondence between bottom assist hook size and jighead weights:
• size m = weight 20 to 30 g
• size l = weight 40 to 60 g
• size xl = weight 80 to 100 g
