Finding the right size:
Stand up straight, then using a tailor's tape measure, measure the circumference of the widest part of your chest, wrapping it around your torso, under your arms and across your shoulder blades. This chest measurement will determine your size. It's recommended to add 2.5 cm (1 inch) if you are wearing thick layers.

Standard: from 58 cm to 107 cm (23" to 42")

How to adjust the harness:
Start by loosening the harness straps before putting it on. Then tighten the straps around the body, then adjust those on the shoulders. The harness should be snug to the body: firm but without over-tightening. The straps should remain comfortable, and the padded part should rest fully on your shoulders, without digging in. Tuck the excess strap into the elastic loops provided.
