The Karcass Jig is a slow jig whose shape allows it to cut through the water quickly while fluttering enough to attract predators' attention from a distance. The lighter weights are perfect for working quickly in the water column to target active fish, while heavier weights elicit many strikes when jigged vertically beneath the boat. We recommend being particularly attentive during the lure's fall phases, when bites most often occur. The Karcass Jig is equipped with very sharp BKK assist hooks that are resistant to the most powerful fish.
