Zoga is a specially shaped jighead designed to be snag-resistant and highly enticing. For correct use, the head should be inserted inside the octopus bait leaving the tentacles free to move, so that during the descent they can open like an umbrella and during the ascent close again, imitating a very attractive natural movement. To fully exploit the trap's potential, it is essential that the octopus has not been frozen but kept refrigerated or on ice to prevent the tentacles from stiffening on contact with seawater, compromising the realistic movement that is the basis of this fishing. Recommended for all predators, it is lethal for grouper, scorpionfish, etc... It can be baited with a squid, a cuttlefish or an octopus. Invented for hand or rod fishing for large bottom fish. Weighted hook available in two shapes delivered with a 1 meter steel wire. Resistant to breakage and abrasion.
