Translated into English, the name Sømmet means 'the nail'; this slender lure is one of the favorites among die-hard sea trout anglers in some parts of Scandinavia. It may look like a nail, but in the water it is a perfect imitation of sand eels - perhaps the most important prey of large sea trout in shallow water.

Tip: Pass your line through the lure while taking care to protect the connection knot to the barrel swivel with a bead. We recommend attaching the hook using a split ring.
