Designed for anglers who put fish welfare above all else, the Sanctuary Welded Crib offers exceptional protection, durability and practicality in all conditions. Made from high-performance heat-welded PVC that is 100 % waterproof, this robust landing mat is built to last and remain completely watertight. The material dries quickly, does not absorb water and is totally fish-friendly, ensuring it does not strip the fish’s essential mucus. At the heart of the cradle is a protective central cushion 60 mm thick, which can be inflated to increase firmness via the integrated valve, also allowing very compact storage once deflated. The 50 mm foam side walls provide a safe, padded space, keeping the fish secure for unhooking and photography. The full top cover also serves to contain and calm the fish; it is secured all the way around with Velcro and features a locking clip for windy conditions. A small storage pocket is also welded onto the outer wall to keep essential accessories to hand. A fine rubberised mesh base promotes rapid drainage while maintaining a smooth, fish-safe surface. Straps made from durable TPU webbing provide strength and structure without absorbing water, ensuring the mat remains lightweight even when wet. For complete convenience, each Sanctuary Welded Crib is supplied with a fully welded PVC roll-top bag, offering a waterproof, odour-resistant carrying solution that keeps your kit and vehicle clean.
