The tungsten Drop Shot Stick is primarily used where there is a risk of snagging on rocky bottoms. Thanks to its cylindrical shape, the weight gets stuck much less between rocks than other shapes. However, it can also be used over softer bottoms. As soon as the weight reaches the bottom, the lateral rocking motion creates an additional attraction for the fish.

But the most important thing is to fish with what you believe in and trust! Confidence in your rig and in your hook will generally bring you more fish on the hook than all wisdom combined. Nature remains unpredictable. Fortunately!

Tungsten has a higher density than lead and is therefore much smaller. With lower air and water resistance, it is possible to achieve greater casting distances as well as faster sink rates.
