If you often fish close to obstacles, steep banks or on large rivers, Heavy Shield is the ideal tool. This super-strong, abrasion-resistant anti-snag leader is very supple and comes in a nice camouflage colour to blend into different types of lake bottoms.

This hollow leader is made from aramid fibres that guarantee great strength and abrasion resistance. Because the material can be spliced, it is easy to create a loop or a knotless connection. The Heavy Shield can be combined with mainlines in mono- and fluorocarbon.

It is supplied on a 45 m spool with a breaking strength of 75 lb.
