The Sodium Eel is a ready-to-fish soft lure that perfectly imitates a prized prey of the sea bass: the Sand Eel. It is well known that this small anguilliform fish is a favorite prey for all marine predators along the Atlantic coast, and we designed the Sodium Eel by drawing on those cues. Beyond the realistic shape of its silhouette, we added a specific weighted head that further enhances the mimicry and fits perfectly to the body shape of the Sodium Eel. This head incorporates a VMC 7346 hook with a 60° offset shank that gives it snag- and weed-resistant rigging. This feature allows the Sodium Eel to be used right along the bottom and in seaweed without getting snagged. You will be able to flush out the biggest predators where they are! Another particularity of the Sodium Eel lies in the exclusive construction of its tail fin. This unusual fin, with a unique design, produces real shock waves with each beat and thus delivers powerful vibrations. They ease the detection and targeting of the lure by the fishes' lateral line. Its dorsal positioning ensures a highly responsive action during the slow phases of your retrieves or during the sinking of your Sodium Eel. As you know, it is often on these trajectories that sea bass strike. Truly innovative, the Sodium Eel will surprise you with its powerful, unprecedented vibratory signals!
