The Fantastick is a dense, finesse-type lure made from a salt-saturated material that can be used with a wide variety of rigs. Fitted with a ventral slot, it can be used weightless to probe cluttered areas but also as a trailer on a metal lure or on a jighead for scraping-style fishing, diagonally or vertically. The Fantastick features two central vertical slits that give it particularly lifelike movement. In addition, its soft vertical tail remains constantly in motion in the water even during very slow presentations.
