The Hama-oh is a soft bait mounted on a jighead that has the particular feature of already having a rigid rig with two treble hooks. The jighead has been designed for an ultra-simple and robust bait attachment. You simply slide it straight onto the frame, and an anti-return system holds it in place and prevents it from slipping. Because of the shape of the lure, the hook mounting bar is completely concealed.
The body is made from a rubber firm enough to withstand predators' attacks, but a notch at the tail gives it enough suppleness to come to life with very slow retrieves. The head itself has been designed to maximize aerodynamics and thus promote penetration through the air and in the water. Its shape and its attachment also add a very interesting rolling action to the lure.
