VHF HX400E portable VHF

STANDARD HORIZON HX400E floating VHF radio with 40 programmable PMR channels, great clarity and multiple transmit power settings.
Equipped with a noise-filtering microphone and a scrambler for private communications. Dual watch functions, call priority, programmable scanning and adjustable transmit power (1, 2 or 5 Watts).
The 2400 mAh lithium battery and its 3-hour fast charger provide comfort and safety. Large LCD screen with alphanumeric display for comfortable reading.
A programmable button allows access to 10 preset channels. The robust housing is IPX8 waterproof (immersion at 1.5 m for 30 minutes). Supplied with a CAT460 antenna, an FNB-115LI Lithium battery, a charging cradle, a belt clip and the user manual.
The CMP460 handheld microphone is sold separately.

Indeed, it is equipped with built-in PMR programming including 40 programmable channels with CTS, DSC signals. Furthermore, the keypad of the Standard Horizon HX400E VHF is lockable and its keys are very large to allow you to use it in any condition, even with gloves. Its large backlit screen offers excellent visibility. Finally, scanning is programmable and the dual watch offers 16-channel priority.

Long-lasting battery
The Standard Horizon HX400E handheld VHF is also very reliable; the 2400mAh Li-Ion battery provides 17 hours of operation and the low battery indicator gives precise information on the charge level.

The HX400E also features a microphone that recognizes ambient noise and suppresses it during communication.

Waterproof IPX8
The HX400E is waterproof to 1.5 m depth for 30 minutes (IPX8). It can be used on a boat without risk.
