The Speed Stop Ready Rig rig has an optimal hair length, specially developed to present the most common baits perfectly. The hair ends with a Speed Stop that securely holds the bait. There is also a small piece of 0.3 mm micro silicone on the shank of the hook, which helps keep the bait in place and ensures the rig functions properly.

This version uses the SMWG hook, extremely popular, with a PTFE coating that provides a very sharp and durable point. These rigs are perfectly suited to a wide variety of fish species and fishing situations, such as feeder fishing, bomb fishing and even, in some situations, long-rod fishing.

Using the Speed Stop is simple and quick: just insert a Speed Stop needle into the thicker end of the Stop, then push the thin end through the bait, making sure the Stop passes completely through the bait and lies flat against it. Then remove the needle and the bait is perfectly presented and ready to fish. All SMWG hooks are PTFE coated, which greatly improves their durability, sharpness and longevity.

The rigs are available in lengths of 4 inches (approximately 10 cm) and 15 inches (approximately 38 cm), covering a wide range of fishing situations and bait options. The 4-inch models come pre-tied on our reliable rig boards. The 15-inch models are wound on our handy rig spools, compatible with Guru rig boxes, which improves organization and efficiency.

For sizes 10, 12 and 14, we have increased the line diameters to offer more choice in these larger sizes (see size chart below for options and diameters). All our Ready Rigs are fitted with our N-Gauge line, proven for many years and highly appreciated by recreational, pole and match anglers.
