The Legalis Squid series was developed for cephalopod fishing (squid and cuttlefish) and covers the main applications. The reinforced carbon blank is equipped with Fuji Concept "O" guides (including specific sizes for using braid on a Low Rider-type tip section). The 9-rod range consists of 6 shore rods and 3 boat rods. For shoreline fishing, the variety of actions allows fishing with very small squid jigs ("Light eging") as well as using larger models for winter fishing or for targeting distance. For fishing from a boat, the LEGSD712H-CF model is specific to the "Tip run" (casting while drifting) and the LEGSD772XHBCF and LEGSD772XHSCF models allow vertical fishing in deep areas with arm rig setups ("Tataki")
