Reservoir trout fishing using live baits such as maggots, worms or paste is growing more popular by the day. To master float fishing techniques in confined areas, such as ponds and reservoirs, owning a good rod is essential. The Technium Trout Competition has all the essential characteristics for that. Specifically designed for this dynamic style of fishing, this rod offers an ideal combination of lightness, sensitivity and versatile Moderate Fast actions. You will appreciate the responsiveness and exceptional casting performance of this series, as well as its sensitivity. For added flexibility, the Technium is supplied with two tips, allowing you to choose the perfect action depending on the fishing technique used. The tubular tip offers a soft and progressive action, while the solid tip provides increased sensitivity and a sharper tip action, enabling you to be well equipped to succeed regardless of location or technique used.
The Technium Trout Competition features a Blank Full Carbon enhanced by Diaflash technology, guaranteeing better casting and maximum enjoyment during fights. This blank is excellent for casting ultra-light floats, offering remarkable distance and accuracy, especially when sight fishing. For more versatility, the rods are supplied with two tips: a tubular tip and a more sensitive solid tip. The elegant traditional cork handle is complemented by a high-quality Shimano VSS reel seat. To enhance sensitivity, lightweight Fuji K-type guides are used on all models, rounding out the setup for an immersive fishing experience.
