The Bassterra XT+ Sea Bass has been specially developed for sea bass fishing and offers excellent performance combined with high build quality and great value. The moderate-fast action is powerful, responsive and delivers excellent casting performance, while being versatile enough to fish effectively with soft lures and hard lures.

If you take sea bass fishing seriously and want a high-performance fishing rod that costs much less than most specialized options, the Bassterra+ XT is an excellent choice. Built on high-modulus full-carbon blanks with Diaflash reinforcement, these rods will give you the performance you need to take your results and enjoyment to new heights. Light and superbly balanced, these long-cast models also make excellent lure rods for other species found in European seas.

At the heart of the Bassterra+ XT Sea Bass is a lightweight blank with a moderate-fast action, made from high-modulus carbon with additional Diaflash reinforcement, which increases power and strength. In the lower section of the rod it is used to generate the power needed to cast lures toward fish feeding at range, or to take full control when fighting fish near rocks and other structure. In the tip section, the inclusion of high-modulus carbon increases responsiveness to allow lures to be worked with maximum efficiency. Available in 5 models with light, medium and medium-heavy actions to cover all popular lure sizes for sea bass, from the smallest 4g baits up to large 65g crankbaits and metal jigs, the BassterraXT is finished with high-quality Fuji Fazlite stainless steel guides, a Fuji TVS reel seat and a split EVA handle.
