• Length: 8′ 3″ (2,45m) / Lure: 40~100g / Braid: PE 5~6 • Recommended reel size: SW10000~14000 • Target fish: category 10～20kg and up • Born from the concept of “capturing trophy fish with light lures,” this rod represents the pinnacle of ZENAQ's light casting rods.
When fish are focused on small prey or under high fishing pressure, using light lures becomes essential to trigger the strike. However, traditional power-oriented rods often encounter limits when it comes to ensuring the casting precision and the fine lure action required for these light lures.
To meet this challenge, ZENAQ concentrated all its know-how to create a rod offering the perfect balance between control of light lures and fighting power against very large fish.
Equipped with an ultra-soft tip, it maximizes casting accuracy and lure action quality with lures around 40 g, while being perfectly paired with a powerful butt rich in torque reserve, proven against oversized fish. It thus offers a next-generation rod action.
The progressive softness of the tip through to the mid-blank not only improves lure control but also absorbs the unpredictable movements of powerful fish, thereby reducing the risk of losing fish.
It also offers excellent penetration through the air during casting, allowing low, accurate trajectories even into headwinds, as well as exceptional maneuverability for optimal comfort of use.
