Saltwater hook 3313, GAMAKATSU.

The specific methods as well as the choice of raw material used in the manufacture of Gamakatsu hooks enable the production of products superior to those of all other brands. First of all, Gamakatsu uses a premium high-carbon steel that prevents any defects that could weaken the hook.
