SEA HOOK H.MAG188 HD B.B.4/0 HAYABUSA BLACK NICKEL
Extremely strong steel but without excessive weight (the added mass helps the bait be drawn in on the strike and optimizes self-hooking), this extreme strength allows tackling, without risk of accidental opening, the largest game fish such as bluefin tuna, tarpon and white marlin, for example. The Circle shape is characterized by a specific curvature that provides an automatic pivoting motion on the bite and results in a higher capture rate through self-hooking. This version of the H.mag 188 with rolling is perfect for drift fishing with an excellent livebait presentation and fewer lost fish.
Three main advantages: • Circle hooks cause little (if any) injury to fish and allow release in conditions favorable to ethical Catch & Release. • The Black Nickel finish ensures slow corrosion allowing the hook to be released in case of unexpected breakage (unlike stainless steel hooks which never corrode). • Ability to rig medium-sized baits effectively while landing record-sized fish. Rigs with Circle hooks are as discreet as they are effective.
• Forged inverted circle hook • For tuna bait fishing at sea • With round eye • Forged shank • High-strength rolling swivels made in Japan
