designed for bass, but also suitable for other offshore predators, the silent assassin has a worldwide pedigree, which is further enhanced by the inclusion of the shimano flash boost. equipped with shimano ar-c movable weight / jet boost technology for increased casting distance and improved accuracy, the 140 model (28g) has recorded casts of 70 metres, allowing this lure to be used when fish move away from the shore or the boat. using a steady, regular retrieve, the silent assassin flash boost has a tight rolling action, but an aggressive action can be obtained with twitches or jerking. the floating version also works very well when paused and left to float slowly toward the surface before being returned to its working depth. the use of the kyorin / scale boost 3d holographic foil, which produces very realistic scale patterns, further enhances the lure's appeal. the sinking version of the silent assassin is the lure to turn to when fish are lower in the water column.
