The TIPSY SXL has a nervous, particularly lively swim, perfectly suited to fishing with a straight-line retrieve. Its "wider-than-tall" shape provides a lot of stability and a deadly gliding effect when rigged with light jigheads (swimming). During more aggressive retrieves, its entire body vibrates under the action of its large tail positioned at 90°; sending a genuine detection signal to predatory fish on the hunt. Its body volume, built like a skeleton (rings + backbone), is achieved with little material which gives the lure extreme mobility, whether on static (vertical) presentations or more linear ones. You'll be amazed by its ability to vibrate in any circumstance! We also opted for this ribbed aspect of the lure to make it more 'soft' on the surface, leaving doubt in the predator that takes it before spitting it out...which will give you more time to set the hook! Anise aroma.
