The MAGIC Z SHAD is a new product conceived and developed by the ILLEX team specifically for all finesse fishing techniques: steady retrieve, vertical, drop-shot, Carolina, Texas, jika rig, cheburashka... The flared shape of the belly gives it a gliding action during descent phases, including when 'weightless'. Its flat back ensures optimal hook clearance while allowing its small flat, thin tail to move at the slightest twitch. Its tapered profile is ideal for finicky fish and clear water. Its soft, lively rubber allows for swimming across a very wide range of speeds. At the slowest retrieves, only the tail vibrates, while on faster pulls the whole body undulates. We recommend this 135mm size for specifically targeting large zander, good-sized perch, and also for targeting sea bass in estuaries and on flats around weedbeds. To perfect its attraction, we developed six new specific colors to suit every situation you will encounter. Its rubber is impregnated and flavored throughout with the Nitro Booster ‘Squid’ scent.
