The main strength of this eel-shaped lure is its ability to swim at very low speed and to trigger strikes from large pike that are fond of easy targets, including in cold water. Its fins and neat design make its silhouette attractive from every angle
It's an aesthetically interesting lure, but above all, it's a lure that catches fish!
It has proven its effectiveness in competition in Sweden, both on very active fish and on apathetic ones.

We recommend treble hooks from 2/0 to 3/0.
Screw-in heads or non-weighted screw-in heads fitted with two belly trebles will work well, but you can also use a standard jig head and a 3/0 stinger.

The design of the Nettel Laken was created by Björn Nettelbladt, a pike angler from southern Sweden; his brand Nettel Baits is produced and distributed by Kanalgratis.
All lures offered by Kanalgratis are made from high-quality phthalate-free plastic to reduce their environmental impact.
