Copepods are small crustaceans found in almost all fresh or saltwater habitats. They form the basis of the diet for most fish from their birth, especially Black-bass fry.

With the C-Pod, the designers at Reins have recreated a lure which closely resembles the Black-bass's first meal.

Made from a resilient and very flexible plastic, and garnished with shrimp attractant, the C-Pod is a unique lure that triggers the primary feeding instinct of most predatory fish, "reminding them" of their very first meals, enlarged to an XL size compared to the original size of these small crustaceans.

You can use this lure in all kinds of setups, whether simply on a Rubber jig, in a Texas rig, and also in a Carolina Rig (extremely effective for large perches).
