The One Up V Tail is a soft lure developed by Ultimate Fishing and made in Japan by Sawamura. Born from a set of specifications designed internally and validated in the field by four experienced anglers, it was conceived to meet the demands of technical fishing in both freshwater and saltwater. Its distinguishing feature lies in its highly imitative shape, which provides a subtle, natural swim even at very low speed. This prey-like behavior makes it deadly on wary or inactive fish. The One Up V Tail was designed to excel in two specific situations: fishing for very large zander from the shore and sharpshooting from a boat, where it allows precise control of the lure in the water column. It can also prove effective on other species and particularly impressed us when targeting large sea bass. Available in several carefully selected colors, it fits perfectly on a classic jighead, a screw head or a large Texas-style hook.
