In 1999, Balzer developed and launched the very first Diabolo rod series. The aim was to offer carbon-fiber rods for all fishing methods, and at an excellent price/performance ratio. That aim has not changed since.

With the 12th (!) edition of the Diabolo series, the "golden circle" is now complete and we celebrate the 25th anniversary of this unique rod series.

The combination of the carbon tape and the high-quality Stardust varnish as well as the varnished reel seats give the rods a very high-quality finish. Fast, lightweight IM-7 carbon blanks, SIC titanium guides and ergonomic handles characterize this series.
