The blanks made from organic fibers in the "X10" series incorporate naturally derived materials such as plant fibers (cellulose microfibrils), giving these rods surprisingly high vibration damping and shock absorption performance. This new type of material has tensile strength that surpasses fiberglass in terms of strength while being much lighter. Megabass thus offers a series of rods with a particularly soft action without compromising on weight. Finally, the "Project X10" team aimed for sustainable manufacturing, and the use of natural materials helps reduce CO2 emissions during the manufacturing process. Of all the composite materials used by ITO Engineering so far, this is the most sustainable and most functional material. The "Medium Fast" action of the F7-71XT will be ideal for fishing with large soft lures in straight retrieves such as magdraft 6' and magslow 7'.
