The Lynx King II (or Lynx King 2) from N.S Black Hole is the direct evolution of the first generation of this flagship travel rod series. The Korean brand has preserved the nomadic DNA (multi-piece "Travel") while applying its latest blank technologies to correct the main drawback of travel rods: the loss of sensitivity and the "stiff" effect caused by multiple ferrules.
Main Upgrades of the Lynx King II Version II stands out with a clear improvement in responsiveness and overall balance: N.S Black Hole now uses a 40-ton high-modulus carbon combined with a Nano resin (Low RC Nano Carbon). This reduces the amount of unnecessary resin, making the rod lighter, more tactile and much quicker to recover after a cast.
WXW Reinforcement (Wide X-Wrapping): The blank undergoes a wrapping of carbon bands in an "X" over its entire structure (visible to the naked eye on the butt). This greatly increases torsional resistance and raw power during fights with large fish, while protecting the rod from impacts.
"No Sanding" Finish: The blank is not sanded but covered with a matte micro-protective tape. This preserves the structural integrity of the carbon fibers and lightens the rod.
Fuji Components and Smart Seat: The guide train integrates Fuji Alconite Tangle-Free (K anti-tangle frame), perfect for using thin or heavy braids. The ergonomic "Smart Seat" reel seat exclusive to N.S is paired with a Fuji DPS ring to maximize vibration transmission directly to the angler's hand.
S-6104M The S-6104M is the central model and one of the most versatile in the Lynx King series (notably in its Lynx King II version). It is the ultimate all-terrain rod for the traveling angler.
It has a Regular-Fast to Fast action. It features a playful yet sensitive tip to animate lures precisely, and a power ramp that expresses itself quickly in the blank as soon as you set the hook or put the rod under tension.
Its power (7-21g) corresponds to the most commonly used standard in France and abroad.
It is perfect for: • Crankbaits: Minnows from 7 to 13 cm, small longbills, and surface lures (small and medium stickbaits). • Soft plastics: Skip or walking-the-dog style fishing with jigheads from 5 to 14g equipped with 3 to 4 inch shads. • Targets: In freshwater, it is the ultimate weapon for bass, fine perch and zander. At sea, its length and power make it ideal for targeting sea bass (loup) from the shore, in a kayak or from a boat on light to intermediate tactics.
In short, if you can only take one rod in your luggage to cover most situations without knowing exactly what to expect, the S-6104M is the one you need.
S-765MH The S-765MH is the ideal model for anglers seeking maximum versatility when traveling for shore fishing (whether at sea or on large lakes/rivers). Longer and more powerful than its little sister the S-6104M, it offers significantly more leverage to cast lures long distances.
Thanks to its 2.31 m length, this rod excels where reach is required: to clear coastal rocks, fish from riprap, or catapult a lure far beyond the waves. Its action is Fast, offering a reactive tip for precise lure presentation and a very directive mid-section to ensure effective hooksets at long range. For zander and bass.
Its power range of 10-28g makes it incredibly comfortable with the following setups: At Sea (sea bass / loup, small pelagics): It is the queen for casting heavy stickbaits or for launching cast jigs between 15 and 25 g to impressive distances. It also animates soft plastics perfectly in traction or walking-the-dog (4 or 5 inch shads with 10 to 20 g jigheads).
In Freshwater (pike and asp): Its length is a major asset for targeting asp from shore on large rivers (Loire, Rhine) with heavy crankbaits. It is also perfect for pike fishing with swimbaits (11 to 13 cm minnows) or with casting spoons.
S-805XH The S-805XH is the power monster of the spinning variant of the Lynx King II series. It is a rod specifically developed for heavy traveling situations, "Heavy Spinning" and light to intermediate exotic destinations.
If you are looking for an ultra-compact rod capable of stopping powerful fish, this is the model for you.
The S-805XH excels in situations where raw power is required: • Exotic travel (Light Tropical): It is the perfect rod for chasing small to medium trevally, roosterfish, coastal redfish, barracudas or medium-sized tarpon. It is ideal for casting compact poppers, heavy sinking stickbaits (Press Bait, Pintail types) or large lipless minnows. • At Sea (metropolitan heavy fishing): It is fantastic for deep wreck fishing with large soft lures (15 to 20 cm shads weighted to 60-90g) for pollack or meagre. • In Freshwater (big specimens): A fearsome weapon for targeting wels catfish with lures or for trips dedicated to aimara in the Amazon or tigerfish in Africa.
