The Jigforce SSD are Tailwalk's brand-new rods for all boat jigging — from intermediate to great depths. This series of rods stands out for being very lightweight relative to their power, allowing them to battle the most powerful fish. With this range, Tailwalk has completely redesigned its rods, lightening them as much as possible while retaining the same power ratings. Result: none of the spinning models weighs more than 190 g and the casting models do not exceed 195 g.

The Jigforce SSD feature a soft yet fast progressive action. Unlike overly stiff jigging rods, this even action gives your jigs a better swimming motion while providing great comfort when handling. Ideal for long speed jigging sessions — including with heavy jigs in great depths! A must for targeting good-sized pollack (drop-offs, wrecks), pelagics (little tunny, amberjacks, cutlassfish, etc.) or sizeable predatory sparids (dentex, pagrus, etc.). These short rods are also perfect for livebait fishing.

Very ergonomic, the Fuji reel seats (DPS-LD and TCS-LD) provide an optimal grip and add to your comfort — both when animating the lure and during the fight. Note that the Offset fitting (butt + tip) preserves the blank's progressive action without weak points.

This model is the most versatile in the spinning range. It is perfect for jigs up to 170 g but its great sensitivity and soft tip also make it suitable for inchikus or heavy shads. Despite its slim appearance, you'll be surprised by its power to handle fights with good-sized fish. Its very progressive action allows use across a wide range of lure weights.
