The MB Sprint Stick rods are part of the prestigious Master Build Taiwalk series. 100 % made in Japan, these rods were created in collaboration with Hideyuki Katamura - one of the most renowned specimen anglers in Japan.

Born from this partnership with the man nicknamed Charmas Kitamura, the Sprint Sticks were specifically designed for tuna fishing. They are built on blanks of ultra-responsive carbon with a fast action to match the particular fighting style of the tuna - one of the fastest and most powerful fish in the world. The bend remains very progressive for better angler comfort, but the pressure exerted by the angler during short pumps is considerable. Rods that hurt the fish - not the angler!
