The ideal partner to take to the water alongside the discreet Black Pearl 10ft carp rods. When short-range baiting or fishing tight spots is required, the Black Pearl 10ft Spod rod is perfectly suited.

12ft (3.6m) – Spod/Marker (5lb TC)
Ideal for accurately identifying bottom features and carrying out intensive spod baiting. Allows all sizes of Spod to be cast effortlessly up to 130 yards. The tip stiffness makes it possible to clearly identify bottom features. Balanced for repeated casting while minimising arm fatigue.

13ft (3.9m) – Spod/Marker (5lb TC)
Ideal for powerful casters who like to push the limits. Impressive power while remaining surprisingly pleasant to use. Easily propels Spods to extreme distances. Balanced to reduce fatigue during long baiting sessions.

The Spod & Marker models are equipped with 20mm SeaGuide tip guides to reduce tangles around the guides and wind knots when using fine braids with shock leaders.
