The Urfe is an ingenious connecting accessory for surfcasting that allows very long-distance casts with a trailing rig.

This connector is made from a sturdy stainless steel rod. It features a rolling swivel at the top for attaching the line (or the shock leader). The lower clip allows for quick and easy changing of the weight. The top rolling swivel and the eye of the clip are covered in heat-shrink tubing to prevent weed buildup. A swivel that slides freely along the rod is used to attach the trailing rig.

This connecting accessory has the advantage of saving you from having to create complex attachment systems for the rig since you just attach it to the line and then tie the trailing rig to the swivel to make it operational. This connector is also very practical because it allows you to change the trailing rig or the weight in an instant to adapt to any conditions. Easy and… very effective!
