The penn® tidal xt solid carbon sensitip k-type rods are part of the new exclusive penn® tidal surfcasting concept. The tidal xt solid carbon sensitip k-type rods feature a very thin and light blank made from a combination of 36t and 40t carbon. This highly responsive blank also incorporates carbon x-wrap technology, which gives the blank even more power and reduces tangles. This also improves casting accuracy and makes very long-distance casts easier. The diameter of the very sensitive hybrid sensitip tip is slightly thinner compared with a classic solid carbon tip. This is intended to detect bites more easily, especially when the sea is very calm. These rods are fitted with sea-treated fuji k guides with alconite inserts. They also feature a special x-shrink handle to make long casts easier. Designed for extreme casting distances.
