The Exceler series, a standard for natural bait and nymph fishing. This new series offers a number of developments derived from various user feedback from the field. These rods feature a discreet matte finish suited to trout stalking. Significant work has been devoted to the rod's weight. The model with action "ML" weighs 181 g (versus 217 g for the previous one), a guarantee of comfort while fishing and of optimal handling. The shortest model, EXT333ULDF, is suitable for fishing in very small streams or for nymph fishing due to its very progressive action, allowing the use of very light rigs.

A particular model in the range, adapted for fishing on large rivers, EXT3745TRGDF, benefits from a special construction. The rod butt has a telescopic element that allows adjusting the rod length during fishing to suit encountered situations (3,70 m to 4,50 m). The position is also adjustable to set the position of the reel seat on the butt and optimize the balance of the rod/reel assembly. The three-piece models all have a reel seat that can be flipped onto the butt by unscrewing the cap at the bottom of the rod in order to adjust the placement of the reel according to its type (spare spool or small classic spinning-type reel).
