the entice is a very original surface lure because it is equipped with a flap located under its belly at the rear of the lure, a flap that opens and closes on demand. flap open, the entice produces a rolling motion like no other stickbait, churning a lot of water in its wake. the subtle rolling produced by the opening of the flap, combined with the sound emitted by multiple small internal beads, attracts predators from afar. strikes are targeted by fish because the lure moves straight ahead. flap closed, the entice moves from side to side in a walking the dog action; when the cadence is increased it begins to push water on the surface. by twitching it and pausing, it then works like a popper when a stronger presentation is required to trigger strikes.
