the riser bait 009p is a flapper-type popper, innovative thanks to the addition of a metal bib that gives it an erratic swimming action. its open jaw creates sprays of water and a trail of bubbles on the surface as well as flashes of light perfectly reproducing the flight of a baitfish. particularly suited to species receptive to the fast actions characteristic of flapper-type poppers the riser bait 009p triggers the aggression of predators pursuing fleeing prey on the surface. all of its features make it a lure of choice to provoke the strike of all our favorite predators (asps,perches, bass, bonitos, black-bass, pikes, baby tarpons, small trevallies …)... indeed the bubbles generated on the surface confuse the predator which attacks even if the lure's size far exceeds that of the baitfish. the density of this lure makes it a real asset for fishing in difficult conditions with headwinds or for shore fishing when long distances must be reached. notably when it comes to combing the beaches with flapper actions! an indispensable lure for all predators when they are on the hunt.
