A small pencilbait equipped with a small spoon in the belly that perfectly mimics the frantic actions of a baitfish struggling on the surface. The Flutterin’Wire 75F allows anglers to perform the two classic topwater actions: Sliding and Popping as if it were a small struggling fish.
