Marine VHF radio GX1800G, 25W, the right compromise!

The GX1850G is a Class D VHF. It features a 66-channel receiver. Designed for the marine environment, it is extremely rugged. With DSC and ATIS functions, it is an essential ally for your trips at sea.

The fixed VHF GX1850G by Standard Horizon is the indispensable tool for safe navigation at sea. It has all the features to send or receive calls in high quality. It is equipped with a 66-channel GPS to ensure the DSC function when the Distress button is activated.

Different types of scanning are of course programmable: priority scan and dual watch.

NMEA 2000 COMPATIBLE
This fixed VHF includes the latest marine electronics technology as it is NMEA 2000 compatible. Its plug-and-play connectivity therefore allows the sharing of GPS data and DSC calls between compatible devices.

BUILT-IN GPS RECEIVER AND DSC CLASS D
The fixed VHF includes a 66-channel WAAS GPS receiver built into the front panel of the radio. A location that will allow you to flush-mount your vhf on the dashboard while retaining GPS reception.

This function allows you to benefit from GPS functions while complying with the new regulations in force since November 2018. Thus view your navigation info (LAT/LON, SOG and COG) on the VHF display.

Built-in DSC Class D: regardless of the channel used, this device is equipped with two receivers, one of which is dedicated to channel 70 so as not to miss any DSC Distress call (Digital Selective Calling).

ULTRA COMPACT AND EASY TO USE
This vhf will charm you with its ultra-thin, compact rear case design with a depth of only 8.2 centimeters.

Its menu system has been designed so that you can quickly access all available settings and options in seconds. Interestingly, you can program up to 10 favorite channels!

Thanks to its day and night mode, you will be able to read the information on the display.

COMPATIBLE WITH THE NEW RAM4 HANDSET
The hand microphone, equipped with a noise reduction device, has shortcut keys to change channels, change transmission power 5W/25W and quick access to channel 16.

The fixed VHF GX1850G is also compatible with an optional remote wired handset, to control all the main radio functions remotely.

An interesting feature for equipping a second helm station on your sailboat or motorboat. In addition, you will have access to the Intercom function to communicate between the main radio and this secondary remote handset.
