The EMISHI flutter spoons are very popular in Japan for trout fishing in torrents and small rivers. Hammered on the inside, they are made of brass, a material selected for its density and its very natural light reflection. The EMISHI spoons swim on their own, producing an intense and constant wobbling without any action. They flutter on the descent, which means they are constantly active for fishing. They can therefore be used in a classic cast-and-retrieve by letting them sink to the desired depth (beware—strikes very often occur on the descent), in a natural drift with light twitches, or by gentle jigging in pools.
