Damian Clarke has designed these additional weights for long-distance fishing or tight line fishing. The length of the STOW has to remain the same so that the indicator unhooks during a bite, Damian had to find a way to add weight without any influence on the length.
The additional weights are the perfect result: they fit on the base of the STOW, and the collar inside the weight prevents it from sliding on the head of the Stow.
