The new Shimano Kairiki 4 is a braid made from 4 strands, produced in Japan and equipped with "VT construction Method" braiding technology. It is a very tough and smooth PE line that is perfect for long-distance casting. It is available in diameters ranging from 0.06 mm to 0.315 mm with a staggering breaking strength of 29.8 kg. It has the perfect properties for freshwater and sea spinning because it is very sensitive and very smooth, which also helps to reduce noise. In addition to Mantis Green and Steel Grey, two other colours will be available, namely a very visible Orange and a Multi Color. The Multi Color is particularly interesting for deep sea fishing. Thanks to its softness and low diameter, Kairiki 4 is an excellent line for jig fishing, because it has low water resistance and, due to its maximum elongation of <3.0%, it is also very sensitive.
