The new Scope landing nets have been designed to replace the popular Dwarf range, while incorporating the latest innovations from the Scope family. One of their standout features is the unique fish-retention system, which uses the landing net's retractable arms together with an integrated Velcro fastening strap. Once the fish is safely in the net, the arms can be retracted and locked to temporarily close the net around the fish, allowing it to rest safely while you prepare your fish-care equipment, organise the photo session or get your line back in the water. The retractable-arm design also makes assembly and dismantling considerably easier than with previous models, making these landing nets quicker and simpler to use at the water's edge. A new aluminium spreader block adds strength and durability, while the net has been reinforced at critical stress points for increased longevity. Both models feature a handle with a total length of 6 feet (approximately 1.80 m), making them particularly effective for boat fishing. The handle can be kept compact when manoeuvring in tight swims, beneath overhanging trees or in cluttered areas, before being extended to provide maximum reach when landing a fish. Combining portability, practicality and innovative fish-care features, the new Scope landing nets offer exceptional value for money and performance for mobile carp anglers. Available with two handle configurations, a one-piece telescopic version or the two-piece “Sawn Off” model, both feature a compact design that is very easy to transport, ideal for mobile fishing, stalking and boat fishing.
